We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that we provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may alter the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We respect that your time is valuable and will make every attempt to maintain your appointment time as close as possible to the scheduled time.  We also ask that you respect the time that we have reserved for you.  Should you require to change that appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we maybe offer your time to another patient and avoid charging you a cancellation/no-show fee.
