We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. For this reason, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will be happy to help you fill out your insurance forms for reimbursement. Most insurance claims are sent via email and reimbursement takes a short time. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and cash. We also offer two financing packages to make treatment more affordable – Medicard and Credit Medical. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 847-4517. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
